Everything was good and comfortable.

Warmly received by Sean (building manager) & given a brief but informative introduction. Great location & close proximity to most attractions of the Mother City. Oldish but immaculately preserved & spotlessly clean. 380 degrees view including the ocean & Table Mountain.

Fully equipped, totally functional & ultra-comfy. Has an inverter to cater for load shedding - a major plus factor. Excellent cleaning service available at a nominal fee. A rare find & a hidden gem. A give away at the price. Deserves a 9.8 rating.
