Warmly received by Sean (building manager) & given a brief but informative introduction. Great location & close proximity to most attractions of the Mother City. Oldish but immaculately preserved & spotlessly clean. 380 degrees view including the ocean & Table Mountain. Fully equipped, totally functional & ultra-comfy.
